In the family farm I grew up, I’ve never seen our door closed and there was always seats for unexpected visitors at our table. I inherited from my parents their great and simple ability to host guests. Now that I left France and my parents farm, I want to invite you to seat at my table for one night and experience my French way of eating.
Ne Pleure plus is a pop-up food concept that gather people around the table. It’s an invitation to share a rustic and authentic French cuisine made with local and seasonal Danish products and served on a table styled with selected and original design.
Raised in the french countryside and educated as an architect in Paris, I combine in my food concept my voracious gourmandise, my great respect for them who work the land, and my taste for unique designs and handcrafts.
